Shipping Policy

LightbulbWholesaler.com strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship via UPS in most cases, but reserve the right to use an alternative courier if necessary. Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout, determined by order weight, size, and delivery destination. LightbulbWholesaler.com does not accommodate alternative couriers by request, and does not ship under customer UPS accounts.

Processing Time

Most orders process and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern Time may not process until the following business day. Please keep this in mind if you are selecting an expedited shipping method, or are placing an order over the weekend.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from UPS containing its tracking number. Sometimes these notifications are blocked or sent to junk/spam folders. Tracking numbers are updated in your LightbulbWholesaler.com account the following business day.

Shipping Time

Orders shipped Ground service generally require 3 – 5 business days for delivery, and expedited orders ship within the delivery time specified by the service. LightbulbWholesaler.com is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by hazardous weather, incomplete address information, or for an order delayed because a receiver is not present to accept it.

Non-Contiguous US Addresses

LightbulbWholesaler.com ships to the United States and Canada. An additional fee may be assessed to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. 

Orders shipped to Canada require a separate shipping charge. If you are shipping to Canada, after purchase you will be contacted by LightbulbWholesaler.com Customer Service with a shipping quote for approval. Your order will not be shipped until the quote is approved and the fee charged.  Fees charged by third parties, such as duties or customs, cannot be negotiated by LightbulbWholesaler.com, and are the receiver's responsibility.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event an item you purchase is out-of-stock, your order may be held up to 5 business days from the date of processing to allow it to ship in full. If an order cannot be shipped in full within this time, you will be notified by Customer Service how long a back order is expected to last, and will be recommended substitutes if possible.

Orders Exceeding Parcel Delivery Limits

Significantly large orders, or orders containing very large items, sometimes exceed UPS limits for parcel delivery. In these cases, you will be notified by Customer Service with a shipping quote for approval. Upon your confirmation, this amount will be charged separately to your purchasing credit card or PayPal account.

Courier Charge Responsibility

It is of utmost importance that all submitted address information is correct. Any additional charges imposed by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer, included but not limited to: address correction fees (which includes adding necessary suite or apartment numbers), rerouting request charges, delivery exception or refusal charges, and fees incurred for residential deliveries for orders marked commercial. Customers may be billed separately a fee of $20.00 per parcel per fee imposed by the carrier.
