Shipping Policy

LightbulbWholesaler.com strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship via USPS and FedEx in most cases, but reserve the right to use an alternative courier if necessary. LightbulbWholesaler.com cannot accommodate alternative couriers by request, and does not ship under customer courier accounts in most cases.

Processing Time

Most orders process and ship within 2 business days. We make every effort to process an order the same or next day it is placed, but will allow up to 10 business days processing time if necessary. Should an order take longer than this to process, such as in the case of a backordered product, we will contact you after this time to inform you of the expected fulfilment date or arrange a substitute. Orders placed after 1:00pm Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays do not process until the following business day. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing its tracking number. Sometimes these notifications are blocked or sent to junk/spam folders. Tracking numbers are updated in your LightbulbWholesaler.com account the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Transit Time

Our flat shipping rate is $12.95, or free shipping for orders $500.00 or more (after discounts), to all locations within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska use a real-time courier rate that varies with order size and delivery location that must be quoted prior to order. All orders ship via the selected courier's Ground or Standard service.

Most orders require 2 – 5 business days for delivery. LightbulbWholesaler.com is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by hazardous weather, incomplete address information, or for an order delayed because a receiver is not present to accept it. 

We also offer real-time courier rates in most cases, whereas this rate may be a less expensive option for you or guarantee a faster delivery time. Please note that orders with expedited shipping still require a standard processing time and may not ship immediately.

Overnight Shipping

For orders of $200.00 or more, we can arrange for your package to be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight service. To do so, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-492-9660 for a shipping quote.

Please note that while we can provide an overnight shipping service, we cannot guarantee the processing time for orders with expedited shipping. Factors such as the time of day the order is placed, availability of the product, and volume of the order itself all affect the processing time, and this process cannot be expedited. If you require expedited delivery, please note we cannot guarantee any package is delivered before a specified date, and LightbulbWholesaler.com is not liable for any costs you may incur by not receiving a product in time.

Canada Orders & International Shipping

LightbulbWholesaler.com ships internationally to Canada. Fees charged by third parties, such as duties or customs, cannot be negotiated by LightbulbWholesaler.com, and are the receiver's responsibility. The cost to ship an order to Canada is based upon the weight and dimensions of the package and varies by order.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event an item you purchase is out-of-stock, your order may be held up to 10 business days from the date of processing to allow it to ship in full. If an order cannot be shipped in full within this time, you will be notified by Customer Service how long a backorder is expected to last, and will be recommended substitutes if possible.

What Happens If I Don't Receive My Package?

If your LightbulbWholesaler.com package isn't delivered, or shows as delivered without you receiving it, we can open a lost package inquiry with the courier on your behalf. Please note that we must allow the courier the time necessary to perform their investigation, which may take 10 - 15 business days, depending. If the courier is unable to provide proof the package was delivered to you at the end of the investigation, we can refund or replace your purchase.

Note that LightbulbWholesaler.com is not liable for packages missing due to inaccurate addresses, theft, or purchaser error, and we must accept the results of the courier's investigation.
