Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to remove the ballast?
A: Yes. This tube runs on line voltage, so the existing fluorescent ballast is removed and the sockets are wired directly. Check the spec sheet for single-ended or double-ended wiring and use the lampholders it calls for.
Q: Why is there a minimum order quantity?
A: This item ships in Keystone's sealed carton of 25, which protects it in transit, so it is sold in multiples of 25.
