Here is a 3-inch floating gimbal LED downlight with a black finish from Lotus LED Lights, part number AD-3-S14W-AR-5CCT-BK-38D. The gimbal tilts and rotates, so the beam can be aimed at a wall, a piece of art or a work surface after the fixture is installed.
