Here is a 6-inch round deep regressed LED downlight from Lotus LED Lights, part number LD6R-40K-HO-SR-WT. The light source sits recessed inside the trim, which keeps glare down and gives a softer look at eye level.
Fixed 4000K (neutral white). Output is 30 watts, about 2900 lumens, 90+ CRI and a 38° beam. Dimmable (TRIAC/0-10V). The driver is supplied with the fixture.
