Here is a 8-inch round deep regressed LED downlight from Lotus LED Lights, part number LD8R-35K-HO-SR-BT. The light source sits recessed inside the trim, which keeps glare down and gives a softer look at eye level.
Fixed 3500K (neutral white). Output is 30 watts, about 2810 lumens, 90+ CRI and a 38° beam. Dimmable (TRIAC/0-10V). The driver is supplied with the fixture.
