Here is a 3-inch round regressed gimbal LED downlight with a white finish from Lotus LED Lights, part number LRG3-4CCT+DTW-HO-WH. Because the LED is set back inside the trim, you see the light but not the source, which suits living spaces and hospitality.

Color warms as you dim, similar to a halogen or incandescent lamp. Output is 11 watts, 90+ CRI and a 38° beam. Dimmable (TRIAC/0-10V). The driver is supplied with the fixture.
