Here is a 6-inch round regressed LED downlight with a black trim from Lotus LED Lights, part number LE6RR-5CCT-BK. The light source sits recessed about 1.125 inches inside the trim, which keeps glare down and gives a softer look at eye level.

A selector gives you 2700K through 5000K in five steps, with about 1168 to 1225 lumens at 14.5 watts and 90+ CRI. The driver comes pre-wired in a connection box and the trim snaps into the hole on built-in spring clips.
