Here is a 4-inch round regressed LED downlight with a black trim and armored cable, built for commercial ceilings from Lotus LED Lights, part number LL4RR-5CCT-BK. Armored cable and metal connectors make it suitable for open plenum spaces, and the 2-inch profile fits ceilings with limited depth above the drywall.

A selector gives you 2700K through 5000K in five steps, with about 860 to 990 lumens at 14.5 watts and 90+ CRI. The driver comes pre-wired in a connection box and the trim snaps into the hole on built-in spring clips.
